About this event
Turn Up is a dance fitness experience designed to help you move, feel good, and have fun. Set to a mix of upbeat music, this class blends simple choreography with moments of strength and cardio—though it never feels like a workout in the traditional sense. You’ll dance, sweat, and connect to your energy in a way that’s playful, empowering, and easy to follow. No dance background needed—just come as you are and enjoy the movement. We are so happy to introduce Meg Sylvester to our 28th family! She believes movement is medicine, joy is power, and dance is one of the fastest ways to remember who you are. A multi-passionate entrepreneur, Meg has been dancing since the age of three, with formal training in classical ballet, modern, jazz, and hip hop. She’s also a former personal trainer and yoga teacher who has spent her life exploring the connection between body, mind, and soul. As a two-time published author and the creator of a thriving online community of over 100,000, Meg uses her platform to empower others to live their most inspired, fully expressed lives. Whether through words, workouts, or wild dance breaks, her mission is to help others come alive—one bold, beautiful move at a time.
