  • Small Business Saturday will be held in Boise on November 29 to help local shops as big stores cut back on Black Friday deals due to rising costs and online shopping.   • South Central Public Health District reports a surge in HIV and AIDS cases in Southern Idaho as new HIV cases increased from 5 to 15 and AIDS cases rose from 1 to 9 compared to last year — urging residents to use condoms, get tested, and take advantage of free screening events on Dec 4 in Twin Falls and Dec 9 in Jerome.  KBOI
