  • The Ridge to Rivers partnership, led by the city of Boise, is inviting residents and trail users to share their views on the Boise Foothills trail system via an annual survey—responses will guide the planning of future trail projects.  Idaho Press

  • Dozer Day 2025 will take place at the Dennis Technical Education Center where Boise schools are partnering to let children operate heavy equipment such as dozers and excavators under professional guidance — organizers say the event will inspire future generations and support local children’s charities.  KBOI

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Meridian’s city council rejected In-N-Out’s permit request 5—1 last month, which put the chain’s plan for a second location on hold. A new proposal will simplify the drive-thru permit process to prevent similar issues in the future.  Idaho Press
