- ➤ The World Center for Birds of Prey in Boise invites families to see Fall Flights where hawks, falcons, and eagles perform 45-minute shows on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until Halloween. Team members share facts about these birds’ roles in nature — a special chance for visitors to learn about wildlife. KBOI
- ➤ The City of Boise invites community members to join the Greenbelt ambassador program—helping to patrol paths and answer questions from park users—and promote safety along the Boise Greenbelt. Applications open on October 1 and close on November 30, and interested volunteers must be over 21 and commit several hours each month. KBOI

- ➤ The right two lanes of the I-184 Connector were blocked by a traffic collision near River St. exit—emergency crews worked to divert traffic to one lane. KBOI

- ➤ Cities in Treasure Valley will host memorial events on September 11 to honor those who sacrificed on September 11 2001, with Meridian holding a Tribute and National Moment of Silence at 6:40 a.m., Nampa hosting its Patriot Day Ceremony at 8:00 a.m., and Mission43 organizing the 9/11 Miles of Remembrance 5K starting at Ann Morrison Park at 5:00 p.m. KBOI

- ➤ Data shows that Meridian leads with over 4,321 move-ins while Twin Falls, Post Falls and Star are gaining new residents due to more affordable homes and fresh opportunities—Lewiston lost residents from 2023 to 2024. Experts say these trends may shift where people choose to live in Idaho. KIDO
- ➤ A new study shows that Idaho families pay 25% more for groceries than other Americans, spending about $10,250 each month, and rising prices are expected to keep costs high in Fall 2025—food costs are a growing burden. KIDO

- ➤ AC Boise nearly sold out its 6,250 pre-sale season ticket deposits for next season—an all-time USL record—and is building a new stadium from the old Les Bois horse race track while deposits count toward the season ticket select-a-seat event planned for this fall. KBOI
