- ➤ Boise Police report that Overland Road is closed near Vinnell due to a water line break flooding the roadway—Boise Fire is on scene advising drivers to avoid the area. KBOI
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Today at Ann Morrison Park, 16 balloon pilots will light up the night sky with inspiring music at the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic Night Glow—after a morning flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The festival will continue Saturday and Sunday with final flights that illuminate Boise’s skyline. KIDO
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Idaho Department of Education released the 2024-25 ISAT results showing that public charter schools outperformed traditional school districts in math and English. Thomas Jefferson Charter led in math proficiency—well ahead of West Ada and Nampa, while Boise School District fell in the middle. KBOI
