- ➤ Boise Police arrested Andrew Stanley (37) and Andrew Fernandez (35) last week after raiding two vape shops on W. State Street where officers found thousands of illegal drug paraphernalia and THC products, resulting in charges totaling 9 felonies and one misdemeanor. KIDO

- ➤ Onyx Partners has agreed to buy the JCPenney store at Boise Towne Square Mall as part of a $947 million cash deal for 119 nationwide locations—there are no plans to immediately close the Boise store, and the deal will close on September 8.
