A 42-year-old Nampa man, Kenneth Ray Dial Jr., was sentenced to life in prison with 65 years fixed after pleading guilty to 16 felony counts for sexually abusing a minor in Ada and Canyon counties — he will be sentenced in Canyon County for additional charges on August 26.
