  • Boise’s 25th Annual Great Dolphin Dunk will take place on August 10 at Roaring Springs to raise $30,000 for the Boys & Girls Club of Ada County. Visitors can adopt toy dolphins starting June 25 and watch them race at high noon (prizes include pizza for a year, cash awards and season passes).  KIDO

  • A Boise man was sentenced to prison for his role in a drunk-driving crash—causing serious injuries to multiple victims.  Idaho Press
  • Police and family members are searching for 34-year-old Jordan who went missing after the Post Malone concert last night and was seen wearing a tan T-shirt with American Construction Supply in black lettering, black leggings, and tan flip-flops — officers are checking Greenbelt and river areas as anyone with information is urged to call Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.  KBOI

  • Data from Action Network shows that Idaho ranks 9th nationwide for UFO sightings, with recent footage in southeast Boise sparking online discussion. Government hearings on unidentified aerial phenomena add to the mystery (official details remain limited).  KIDO
  • Jelly Roll met with the Boise State men's basketball team before his show at Albertsons Stadium and received a special gift — a pair of rare LeBron XXII Black Label shoes made to honor NBA star LeBron James's birth year of 1984 — as a sign of the team's support.   • On Tuesday, June 17, Ada County commissioners banned fireworks in unincorporated areas prone to severe fires due to last winter’s abundant grasses and a forecasted dry summer—this rule impacts over 63,000 residents across 847 square miles outside Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Garden City, Eagle and Star.  KBOI
