- ➤ State Street Food Truck Lot is hosting its grand opening today at 3508 W. State St. near the intersection of State and 36th, featuring rotating trucks and live music throughout the day. - ➤ Lori Vallow Daybell was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder in her third trial and will be transported back to Idaho ahead of her sentencing on July 25 — her case has spanned trials where she was convicted in Idaho for killing her two children and her husband's former wife and in Arizona for charges including the attempted murder of Brandon Boudreaux. - ➤ The 2025 Beer & Bacon Festival is coming this Saturday at Expo Idaho from 1 PM to 5 PM — guests must be 21 or older to enjoy live music and tasty treats. - ➤ The Eagle Rodeo celebrated its 24th year at a new venue a few miles up Highway 16 by hosting Military Appreciation Night on Thursday, where fans and athletes wore red, white, and blue + a flyover took place during the national anthem.
