  • Boise opened its newest inclusive playground at Castle Hills Park in Northwest Boise off Eugene Street near Castle Drive—built with accessible slides, climbing structures and a communication board with symbols in English, Spanish and braille. The upgrade restores play access for about 855 households after a February fire destroyed the previous structure.  KBOI

  • North Italia, a new Italian restaurant, opened its doors at The Village at Meridian on May 28 and now serves fresh pasta, hand-tossed pizzas, and craft cocktails for lunch, dinner, and brunch.
