ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Overland Road reopened after a car struck a pedestrian Monday morning, and the victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries—police report that no one has been arrested as the investigation continues. KBOI
- ➤ A hiker who strayed onto a trail near Bogus Basin Road on Sunday night was found safe by the Boise County Sheriff's Office—he did not require hospital care. KBOI

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Governor Brad Little signed House Bill 270 into law that criminalizes public exposure of breasts (except for breastfeeding), artificial breasts, genitals and products resembling genitals including trucknuts. A first offense is a misdemeanor and a second violation within five years is a felony. KIDO
