  • The Boise Police Department warned of rising motorcycle crashes as a teenager was killed on Fairview and Mitchell last week—16 injury crashes have been reported so far, outpacing counts from the same time last year and in 2023, and officers urged riders to use proper safety gear.  KBOI

  • A controversial bar in Boise — known for its contentious events — reported receiving a bomb threat and several death threats after announcing its upcoming Hetero Awesome Fest.  KIDO

  • Save Our Schools Idaho will host a town hall meeting in Boise in a few weeks to discuss House Bill 93—a proposed law that will change public education funding.  Idaho Press
