- ➤ On Tuesday shortly before 3 a.m., Boise Police responded to a high-speed crash on South Capitol Boulevard north of West Crescent Rim Drive where officers found an unresponsive woman in the driver's seat; fire crews extracted her and began life-saving measures before she was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries while the investigation continued.
