- ➤ The Idaho State Police released the 2024 Missing Persons Clearinghouse Annual Report, which shows 2,022 cases were entered into the NCIC from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and that 185 remain active while 2,030 were purged and 2,714 records were modified—highlighting trends in missing persons statewide. - ➤ The Boise Police report a sharp increase in vehicle burglaries since January—including at least 8 stolen firearms—and urge residents to remove valuables from their cars and lock their doors. More than 100 incidents have been reported and investigations are ongoing. KBOI
