- ➤ The Boise Farmers Market opens for the season on Saturday, Apr. 4 in Boise. Over 80 local farmers, ranchers, and makers will offer fresh veggies and proteins, and a program will provide 20 free grocery bags and SNAP & EBT matching for food-insecure families. KBOI

- ➤ Oddbox Breakfast Project in downtown Boise updated its menu on March 30 (featuring new hashbrown sticks and french toast sticks) to offer a faster, tasty alternative to the usual long brunch lines. Patrons can order at the window or use the patio for seating. KIDO

- ➤ Seventh grader Kaya Murphy began a Wish Tree art project on W Cherry Ln that invites community members to tie cloth with wishes.
