An incident occurred Saturday around 1:00 p.m. at the Tesla dealership on Franklin Road when 70-year-old Christopher Talbot made an obscene gesture and struck a 49-year-old counter-protester, who had parked his truck during a protest—he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a nearby hospital and Talbot was arrested for aggravated battery.

The City of Boise is trying to clear up stalled federal grant funding worth millions of dollars, and local officials are working to answer questions raised on March 26+ they plan to meet with federal representatives soon.
