- ➤ Boise Towne Square Mall introduced paid parking for 30 prime spots near the main entrance over President’s Day weekend. Rates range from $2.45 per hour to $10.45 for five hours and 10% of proceeds will go to the Idaho Food Bank Warehouse (shoppers say the change is unpopular). KIDO
