About this event
Join us at The Luminary for “When the Land Speaks: Voices from Idaho's Vanishing Farm Acres”, an interactive art-science exhibit exploring farmland loss in Idaho's Snake River Plain.
Built from original photovoice research with the farmers and communities living this land-use change firsthand, you will learn about their adaptations and challenges. Expect audivisual installations presenting scientific findings alongside stories shared by Idaho farmers, this exhibit exists because of their time, knowledge and contributions.
Research supported by funds from USDA AFRI NIFA, NOAA RISA and CEPSI and affiliated with Boise State.
Listed by Boise State University (Localist), gathered by the Boise events calendar.
