YogaPop Meditation Yoga/Qi-Gong classes with Jason Allen Carr at Edwards Greenhouse! Classes are held at 9:30 am EVERY Sunday! YogaPop YogaQi classes include an infusion of Stretch, QiGong movements, Yoga and ends with a Meditation and mini SoundBath! Classes are an hour and a half in length. YogaQi Classes are a $20 donation. You can prepay in advance to reserve your space. Please bring a mat and any props you think you’ll need for your practice and to be comfortable during your meditation. Donations can be made through Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle @jasonallencarr. Edwards Greenhouse does not facilitate inquiries regarding yoga.
