*Exclusively Beginner* Four-Week Series (November 8, 15, 22, 29)

This class is only for people *brand new* to pole (fewer than 10 recent classes, or at least one year break in pole experience)! This means you'll get to learn and build friendships with other beginners, without the pressure of feeling that everyone knows "everything" before you. We believe that feeling awkward AF is better as a shared experience! ***If you have a group of 3 or more people who wants to take this class together, please do not sign up online. Call us at (208)322-2626 to book groups of 3 or larger*** This four-week workshop-style class is a tell-all crash course in all things pole dance. In here, you'll get to have all your questions answered, including: How do dancers spin like that? Is there a reason pole dancers wear minimal clothing? HOW do dancers walk in those heels? What helps a dancer grip the pole? Can I learn how to do these things? Each of the four classes in this series include a little bit of theory, a little bit of movement, and a lot of fun and encouragement. Because the nature of this course is accumulative, each student should plan on attending all four classes. Attending all four classes will ensure that you build a strong foundation and move you more quickly toward Level 1.5 Pole! This class is limited to 7 students to make sure everyone gets the 1-on-1 attention they deserve. The cost of this series includes the classes, grip aids, and shoe rental. This series may only be taken once.
