Tower - Therapeutic

About this event

The Therapeutic Tower class combines essential Mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Reformer Tower equipment, this class is appropriate for clients who have some experience and knowledge in Pilates and on the studio equipment, and who may have physical limitations or need more time warming up and/or getting into exercises with specific modifications. The instructor will focus on exercises that promote lumbo-pelvic control, joint mobility as appropriate, and symmetry in the body. An emphasis on the mind/body connection is included throughout class. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
