An afternoon to slow down, soften your shoulders, and return to yourself.

A Season to Soften is an intimate women's gathering devoted to the art of letting go, the practice of nurturing ourselves, and the quiet magic of setting intentions for the season ahead. Together, we'll move through a nourishing afternoon of ceremonial cacao, immersive sound, soulful reflection, and botanical ritual. There will be soft blankets, eye pillows, warm tea, nourishing bites, and space to simply be — without needing to do, fix, or figure anything out. This is your invitation to step away from the noise and listen inward.

Our afternoon together.....

• Cacao Ceremony | Open the Heart

We'll begin with a shared cacao ritual, creating space to arrive in the present moment, connect with ourselves, and settle into the energy of the gathering.

• Sound Bath | Rest & Receive

Settle into your blankets and let the soothing sounds wash over you. This restorative sound experience offers a gentle opportunity to rest, unwind, and simply receive.

• Guided Reflection | Release & Remember

Through intentional journaling and quiet reflection, we'll explore a few meaningful questions:

• What am I ready to release?

• What parts of myself need more nurturing right now?

• What energy do I want to welcome into my life?

• Botanical Simmer Pot Ritual | Carry the Warmth Home

We'll close with a hands-on botanical ritual. Using dried orange slices, cinnamon, warming spices, and aromatic botanicals, you'll create your own simmer pot blend to take home.

A simple reminder that the feeling of this afternoon can continue long after we leave the shala — through small, intentional rituals woven into everyday life.
